Our Corporate Finance team works closely with our Audit and Business Assurance team to groom businesses for potential sales or acquisitions ensuring that the target or vendor Due Diligence process runs smoothly.  Where appropriate, we will ultimately act in a lead advisory capacity for our clients, ensuring continuity of knowledge which ultimately reduces unnecessary costs.

Our clients are primarily owner managed entrepreneurial SME’s, or privately owned businesses with private equity backing.  We do not specialise in any particular sector, however, we have extensive experience within the Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Support Services, Healthcare and Technology sectors.
