Mark joined the firm in 2003 from Birmingham University where he graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance. He subsequently qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2006.

Mark has been in the Corporate Finance department since 2007, and has experience across a wide range of sectors. He has particular expertise in advising early stage technology businesses and assisting them with all aspects of their fundraising and development requirements.

Mark has extensive expertise in the review and development of detailed financial models and corporate plans, primarily for fundraising purposes. He has also worked on a large number of company share valuations for a range of purposes including tax efficient share restructurings, particularly within the technology and media sectors.
