Karen joined the firm in October 2007 having previously been a senior audit manager with Deloitte. Karen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and has over 25 years experience providing compliance and business advisory services to a wide variety of SME clients.

Karen joined Friend as financial controller with responsibility for the in house financial activities of the firm but also has responsibility for accounts outsourcing and payroll services provided to clients.
