Georgina joined Friend LLP's Transaction Services division in January 2009.

Having graduated from Birmingham University in 1999 with a degree in Geography, Georgina joined Deloitte where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2003. She moved shortly afterwards to Grant Thornton to pursue a career in Transaction Services.

Georgina has experience managing financial due diligence reviews for a variety of private, corporate and institutional investors across a wide range of sectors. She has a good knowledge of several market sectors including; oil and gas, printing and marketing, manufacturing, construction and media.

Georgina has recently completed a six month secondment as an financial and commercial advisor to Friend Media Technology Systems who provide internet monitoring services and digital media protection to content owners.
