Frank joined the firm in 1992. He was previously with Price Waterhouse and before that Coopers & Lybrand. Frank qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977, is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser and a graduate of Cambridge University with a degree in Mathematics.

Frank is a partner in Friend LLP's tax department. He enjoys long and well established relationships with clients, providing the full range of tax compliance and advisory work to corporate and private clients.

Frank's particular area of expertise is in dealing with complex personal, corporate and international tax planning matters, and has an excellent track record of negotiations with the Inland Revenue. He frequently advises technology companies on appropriate corporate structuring and provides high quality advice to innovative companies to enable them to benefit from R&D tax credits.
