Denise founded the firm in 1983. She was previously investment controller at ICFC (now 3i Group plc) for 3 years.

Denise qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1977, and is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a degree in Economics.

Denise has over 20 years of corporate finance experience. She has advised companies, institutions and management teams from the UK and USA on numerous transactions in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, construction, retail, media and support services.

Denise focuses on mergers, acquisitions and development capital proposals. She is experienced in share valuation work and litigation support, including acting as an expert witness. She is currently involved in various special initiatives in the technology sector as well as on inward investment plans by USA corporates.
